I want my clients to have an amazing journey and enjoy their lifestyle not just follow a strict diet and a training plan. I am all about you being flexible and having balance but you need 100% dedication and commitment to make it work.
I will work tirelessly to make this journey fun but challenging at the same time.

It is very important to create healthy food habits in your diet. One of the most important habit is to have a healthy relationship with food. A lot of us women struggle with that and that is okay, because I am here to help and educate you. Here are few tips on how to start a healthy relationship with food:
Stop labelling foods 'good' and 'bad' ! That can put you in a negative mindset and you may struggle with results. Look at the nutritional value of the foods instead.
Do not be afraid of having foods that you love as long as you stay in a caloric deficit or surplus depending on your goal.
Any goal can be achieved as long as you are consistent with your food intake and you have a healthy relationship with food!
